Tasty Tuesday: Broccoli StirfryAminos

Black Pepper-fresh ground

Broccoli

Carrots

Celery

Garlic

Mushrooms

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Peas

Red onion

Red pepper

Tumeric

Gave the broccoli and peas a head start, them being frozen and all. Added the mushrooms, salt, black pepper, garlic, and tumeric next. Let that simmer a min then tossed in the rest of the veggies and drizzled aminos over the lot. A few minutes more of simmering and voila yumminess personifiedūüėĄ Adding the veggies for just last few minutes keeps them crunchy and nutrient packedūüėČ.‚Äč

Tasty Tuesday 4/11/17

Hello and welcome to Tasty Tuesday, where we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments. Today for your epicurean pleasure we have some steamed Basmati rice, a side of broccoli with grilled Seven Grain Crispy Tenders.  I drizzled some of Wegmans Organic Chipotle Hot Sauce  over all of it, really pushing the meal over the top. Tasty Tuesday 2/14/17

Hi and welcome to Tasty Tuesday, where we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments with you. Today for your epicurean pleasure we have a simple Chik’n Fajita Wrap which contains the following:

  • Lettuce
  • Yellow pepper 
  • Red pepper 
  • Orange pepper 
  • Red onion 
  • Gardein Seven Grain Crispy Tenders 
  • Flour Tortilla Wrap 
  • Dairy-Free Ranch 

We sizzled the tenders in a frying pan and thinly sliced the peppers and red onion for better dispersement and flavor coverage. Boy was it delicious! Keep checking in with our blog and Instagram for more fabulously delicious vegan dishes.

Hello and welcome back to Tasty Tuesday’s,¬†the day¬†of the week we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments. We are finally out of the motel and back into a proper home and although it is not our own and we are merely¬†renting a room it does have a proper kitchen for us to use.¬†Today we have for your epicurean pleasure¬†Vegan Spaghetti. No need to list any preparation steps because Spaghetti is an easy dish which everyone knows how to make, so we will just list the ingredients and wow you with our visuals.

Tasty Tuesday Motel Meals With Milamoki 1/10/17

Hello and welcome to Tasty Tuesday, the day of the week we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments. Today we have for your epicurean pleasure Vegetable Tacos containing great northern beans, jasmine rice, lettuce, chipotle salsa, tomatoes, and sliced red onions with a side of kettle cooked potato chips.

Tasty Tuesday 10\18\2016

Hello and welcome to Tasty Tuesday, the day of the week we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments. Today for you we have Vegan Ravioli with Meat Crumbles. Sautéed crumbles according to package instructions with two cloves of garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasoning, then added peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Sautéed for 4-5 minutes, then added spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil, quickly cover with lid. Turn fire down, simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring periodically.

Most of the meals we share can be prepared with limited culinary skill in 40 minutes or less. Our pictures aren’t always the prettiest but it’s probably closer to what your actually results will resemble.

Tasty Tuesday 10/4/2016

Hello and welcome to Tasty Tuesday, the day of the week we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments. Today we have for you Spaghetti with Vegan Meatballs in Portobello marinara sauce. Cooked pasta following package instructions. Simmer meatballs, sauce, mushrooms, on low  to medium stirring frequently  for approximately 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked thoroughly. Enjoy.

Most of the meals we share can be prepared with limited culinary skill in 40 minutes or less. Our pictures aren’t always the prettiest but it’s probably closer to what your actually results will resemble.
