Tasty Tuesday: Broccoli StirfryAminos
Black Pepper-fresh ground
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Gave the broccoli and peas a head start, them being frozen and all. Added the mushrooms, salt, black pepper, garlic, and tumeric next. Let that simmer a min then tossed in the rest of the veggies and drizzled aminos over the lot. A few minutes more of simmering and voila yumminess personified😄 Adding the veggies for just last few minutes keeps them crunchy and nutrient packed😉.
