Tasty Tuesday: Broccoli StirfryAminos
Black Pepper-fresh ground
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Gave the broccoli and peas a head start, them being frozen and all. Added the mushrooms, salt, black pepper, garlic, and tumeric next. Let that simmer a min then tossed in the rest of the veggies and drizzled aminos over the lot. A few minutes more of simmering and voila yumminess personified😄 Adding the veggies for just last few minutes keeps them crunchy and nutrient packed😉.
Hi and welcome to Tasty Tuesday, where we share our latest vegan dishes and experiments with you. Today for your epicurean pleasure we have a simple Chik’n Fajita Wrap which contains the following:
- Yellow pepper
- Red pepper
- Orange pepper
- Red onion
- Gardein Seven Grain Crispy Tenders
- Flour Tortilla Wrap
- Dairy-Free Ranch
We sizzled the tenders in a frying pan and thinly sliced the peppers and red onion for better dispersement and flavor coverage. Boy was it delicious! Keep checking in with our blog and Instagram for more fabulously delicious vegan dishes.

We cannot afford this motel much longer & will be living in our Honda with our cat soon. No 🐂💩 None of the homeless shelters take pets. When my job was eliminated by algorithms we left dangerous af Baltimore to meet up with my only family out west & start fresh. She changed her mind & abandoned us. Her friend who was supposed to lodge us all while getting established wouldn’t let us stay without her. We’ve been tryna raise funds for a used van/bus to live in to no avail.
