Meal Within Minutes

I know it isn’t breakfast time anymore but you know what is so great about breakfast? The fact that you can drink it! Every day of the week at the ass crack of dawn I am awake, making fruit smoothies, smoothies that will last me until lunch time.

It’s really easy to make a fruit smoothie, and some sort of smoothie or protein drink is necessary for vegetarians. (Yes, I’m a vegetarian, still hard for me to believe as well).

Yes, that’s right! A smoothie that I make while the sun is still getting up fills me up till noon to noon-thirty sharp! The time someone might sleep is how long this drinkable meal right here lasts me. And the best part about making a fruit smoothie is that it can be made so quickly! In the time it takes to get all the ingredients out of the fridge and in the beginning stages of cooking a solid meal you could have made your smoothie already and  be steady sippin’, If you’re on a timetable in the morning or just straight up want a quick  damn near effortless meal, a fruit smoothie is the choice for you.

Here is a list of some of the lovely ingredients you could put into said smoothie:

  • Organic Hemp Pro Fiber
  • Vanilla Hemp Milk
  • Organic Yogurt (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, or Vanilla)
  • Pineapples
  • Strawberries
  • Blue or Blackberries
  • Dark Red Cherries
  • Cranberries
  • Bananas!
  • Kiwi
  • Avocado

There are countless other ingredients for a fruit smoothie, but here are just some that I use. Recently I started adding half an avocado to my smoothie because I cannot get it down by putting it on food. The taste my tongue can’t stand but the health benefits from the avocado my body craves. If putting it in the smoothie didn’t work, next it would have been intravenously administered. (I was willing to go as far as humanly possible to get this avocado in my system).

With the fruit smoothie down and digested, it’s about that time to have another meal. This one however, will be solids.
